The dispute between the pair dates back to 2018 when Elissa sent a strongly worded message to her haters on Twitter.
She slammed those who were talking about her behind her back and noted that they are scared to talk to her.
Nasri commented on Elissa's tweet, saying: "I loved it", which raise speculations about the reason for her interest in Elissa's tweet.
Some pointed out that Elissa is targeting Nasri due to their old differences, especially since it marked the first contact between Nasri and Elissa after a while from their differences.
They previously engaged in bartering during Elissa's participation in the Arabic talent show The Voice.
"We need to excel with artistic decency, to gather the fringes of our feelings that ran over in the crowds of talent programs and destroyed the remaining attempts at elevation," Nasri tweeted.
"Certainly there are talented voices but where? Enough settling with little."
"It's okay" was Elissa's reply, indicating that there was bad blood between the pair.
