Arthur Melo Completes Juventus Switch

Juventus have completed on Monday the signing of the Brazilian player Arthur Melo  in a deal worth up to 72 million euros, plus 10 million euros in variables.

In a statement on Barca's official website, the Blaugrana said: " FC Barcelona and Juventus FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of player Arthur Melo. The Italian club will pay 72 million euros, plus 10 million euros in variables."

Both sides agreed that the player will still be at Camp Nou till the end of the season, after that he will move to Allianz to start his five-year journey with Juventus.

Arthur, who moved to Camp Nou in 2018 from Grêmio, showed up with the Spanish side in 72 games until now; 47 in the league, 10 in the Copa del Rey, 13 in the Champions League and one in the Spanish Super Cup.

The Brazilian midfielder, who has four goals from his two seasons at the club, scored his first goal against Osasuna in the league and has won two titles with Barça; the league and the Spanish Super Cup in the 2018/19 season.
