Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny participated, Wednesday, at Egypt's 2023 Sports Expo.
During his speech, Elneny expressed his pleasure in being part of the 2023 Sports Expo. He added that this is a prestigious event.
He asserted that he is proud of such a domestic occasion, praising the talents of the Egyptian youth.
After that, the midfielder reflected, in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, that Egypt is a great country, and deserves to be among the best countries in the world.
Responding to being the oldest serving player in Arsenal, Elneny highlighted: "It was one of my dreams, I am happy and proud of it. It was a dream that I held on to it and believed in myself. It was a long journey to achieve it."
"I came from a small family in Al Mahla...I am proud of what I've achieved now. Thank God, I saw the result of my father, and mother's (RIP) efforts with me."
