On Tuesday, Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium in London will host Chelsea in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final in a highly anticipated London derby.
Arsenal head into the encounter holding a narrow advantage after securing a 3-2 victory in the first leg, played in mid-January.
Ben White opened the scoring early in the seventh minute, before Viktor Gyökeres doubled the lead at the start of the second half.
Martin Zubimendi added a third goal in the 71st minute, putting the Gunners in a strong position.
Chelsea, however, showed resilience in the first leg and kept their hopes alive through Alejandro Garnacho, who scored twice in the 57th and 83rd minutes to reduce the deficit.
Mikel Arteta’s side will look to capitalize on home advantage and the backing of their supporters to seal qualification for the final.
Chelsea, meanwhile, approach the match with an all-or-nothing mentality, aiming to overturn the deficit and deny Arsenal a place in the showpiece event.
