Arsenal to Host Atletico Madrid in CL SF Decider at Emirates Stadium

The UEFA Champions League semi-final reaches its decisive stage tonight as Arsenal face Atletico Madrid at the Emirates Stadium in a high-stakes second leg that will determine who advances to the final.

The first leg in Madrid ended in a 1–1 draw at the Estadio Metropolitano, leaving everything open heading into the return fixture. 

Arsenal’s goal came through Viktor Gyökeres, while Atletico responded via Julián Álvarez.

Arsenal, led by manager Mikel Arteta and key winger Bukayo Saka, are aiming to reach their first Champions League final since 2006, while Atletico Madrid, coached by Diego Simeone and inspired by Antoine Griezmann, are chasing a return to the final for the first time since 2016.

The winner of this tie will face either Bayern Munich or Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final scheduled for May 30 in Budapest.

Arsenal remain unbeaten in the competition this season, while Atletico have recorded their highest-ever goal tally in a single Champions League campaign, adding further weight to an already finely balanced contest.
