Arsenal Fight Back to Hold Spurs in Thrilling NLD

Aubameyang's second-half equalizer ended the pulsating north London derby between Tottenham and Arsenal in a 2-2 draw after a tasty game on Sunday. 

Tottenham's midfielder Eriksen gave the early lead to his side after only ten minutes when he managed to hit the Gunners' net.

Spurs' forward Harry Kane doubled the scoring in the 40th minute when he converted from a penalty spot after Kane stepped up and sent the goalkeeper the wrong way.

The Gunners revived their hopes in the game when striker Alexandre Lacazette smashed a shot beyond Lloris from close range.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the equalizer for the Gunners when he received an excellent cross from Matteo Guendouzi, and turned the ball into Lloris' net.

Tottenham, who ranked 9th in the Premier League with five points, will play Crystal Palace in the upcoming round on Saturday, September 14. 

Arsenal, who ranked fifth in the Premier League with seven points, will take on Watford in the upcoming round on Sunday, September 15. 

Spurs made an ideal start to this season by demolishing Aston Villa 3-1 in the opening game of Premier League, while Arsenal kicked off the season with a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United.
