Manchester City, and Atletico Madrid reached a deal on Argentina's star Julian Alvarez estimated at €95m.
The talks between both clubs were positively devolved over the last 24 hours. The Spanish club will pay £64m with the remainder of the fee coming in add-ons.
This deal will gain Manchester City profit on the £14m. Both teams are still discussing personal terms.
Alvarez made 103 appearances for City during his two and a half run, scoring 36 goals.
The Argentine international won two Premier League titles, 1 FA Cup, Champions League, Super Cup and FIFA Club World Cup titles.
He also won the 2022 World Cup with Argentina, as well as the Copa America earlier this year.
