The Arab League on Monday convened a regional forum at its headquarters in Cairo under the theme “Arab Youth and Civil Society: Challenges and Ambitions.” The event was organized in cooperation with Egypt’s Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Arab Youth Council for Integrated Development.
Held under the patronage of the Arab League Secretary-General, the forum focused on the role of youth and civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development and strengthening social cohesion across the Arab world.
Speakers highlighted the importance of empowering young people, fostering innovation, and promoting community leadership to address the region’s economic and social challenges. The discussions also emphasized enhancing Arab cooperation to build peace, stability, and shared prosperity through youth-driven initiatives.
