The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Monday at the League’s headquarters in Cairo to strengthen academic and institutional cooperation between the Arab world and China.
The agreement was signed by Minister Plenipotentiary Enas Al-Farghani, Supervisor of the Social Affairs Sector, on behalf of the League’s General Secretariat, and Professor Xu Mei, President of BUPT.
The MoU aims to enhance collaboration in education, research, and digital communication, in line with growing Arab-Chinese cooperation across multiple fields.
