Apple is launching daily podcast as well as  other news about audio stories coming to App News and curated local News collections, as well as the release of iOS 13.6.

The service will be seven to eight minutes  and will be released Monday through Friday. Also, the show will exclusively be available through Apple News and  Podcasts in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.

The App News is producing about 20 audio stories per week, which will be “narrated by professional voice actors.” Those are available only to subscribers of App News Plus in the U.S, according to the firm.

Also, the app  supports the company’s CarPlay, to let users listen to audio stories and App News Today while driving. Apple News has more than 125 million monthly active users in Australia, Britain, Canada and the US on iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices

According to editor-in-chief Lauren Kern, Apple News showcases so much great journalism, and we’re excited to help bring it to life in new ways with Apple News+ audio stories and a new daily news show.

On other hand, it started trial production of semitransparent lenses to be used in an AR device of the future.

The lenses are at least one to two years away from mass production, as is the product they are being created for. It is not established within the report whether these lenses are for AR/VR headset, or its lightweight notification glasses dubbed the new Glass.

The report notes Apple needs to establish whether it can “reliably manufacture” millions of lenses in order to mass-produce these devices.

CEO Tim Cook

The Information’s report is yet another indication that Apple could be in the process of developing an AR headset, which is widely expected to be its next major product category since the Apple Watch.

The company is aiming to release the headset in 2022 before debuting AR glasses in 2023, as reports from The Information and Bloomberg have previously indicated.

Also, Apple will release a new MacBook Pro with its in-house chips in the 4th quarter.According to CEO Tim Cook, explained that the firm will ship the first Macs with its own chips by the end of this year and that it will complete its transition in about two years.

Also, it will launch new Mac models including the new 13.3-inch Mac Pro equipped with the Apple Silicon in 4Q20, the new MacBook Air equipped with the Apple Silicon in 4Q20 or 1Q21, and new 14- and 16-inch Mac Pro models equipped with the Silicon and all-new form factor design in late 2Q21 or 3Q21,” Kuo wrote.

According to the Taiwanese research firm TrendForce, Apple will also release a 12.9-inch iPad Pro model with the mini-LED display in the first quarter of 2021 with a 5nm-based A14X chip.

On other hand, it suppliers are reportedly getting ready to manufacture the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops with mini-LED displays starting from 2021.

Noteworthy, last month the firm confirmed its break up with Intel x86 architecture for Advanced RISC Machines (ARM) chips in its Mac desktops, announcing it will transition the Mac to its world-class custom silicon to deliver industry-leading performance and powerful new technologies.

Later, Apple announced during the annual developer conference ”WWDC 2020” about a prominent operating system (iOS 14) that will find great welcome from users, and is a feature of controlling who tracks you online.

This feature was already provided by the firm to iPhone users in the current version of iOS 13, as it enabled For users.

The ability to better control the applications that collect your data for the purpose of targeting you with ads, but to activate the feature, it takes a lot of steps to apply the settings in the iPhone.
