Apple Inc. is reportedly developing an AI-powered home robot aimed at assisting users with household tasks, according to tech insider Mark Gurman.

Gurman revealed that the tech giant is experimenting with personal robots for home use and has dedicated teams working on these robotic assistants.

While Apple has not publicly discussed such a product, the possibility exists that it is in the early stages of development.

There is also a chance that Apple could decide to cancel the project altogether, as it has previously abandoned numerous other innovative ideas.

Recently, Apple shelapped its plans to develop an autonomous car, as reported by Tech Radar.

Apple is not the only tech behemoth exploring the realm of home robots.

In 2021, Amazon launched its home robot, Astro, priced at $1,600. Astro is capable of navigating around the home, engaging in conversations, and even fetching drinks.

Similarly, Elon Musk's Tesla has developed a humanoid robot named Optimus, designed to perform general-purpose tasks such as grocery shopping at supermarkets.

These developments indicate a growing trend in tech companies investing in robotic solutions for everyday life.
