PARIS, Sept 26(SEE)- Egypt's Ministry of Antiquities participated in the 14th International Conference for Nubian Studies in Paris last week.
The conference covered the history of Nubian civilization during prehistoric and modern ages.
Sherif Abdel Mon’em, Assistant Minister for Management of Archaeological Collections highlighted, during the event, the ministry’s efforts to save Nubia antiquities.
The conference presented a series of lectures that was introduced in France's national institute of art history, Sorbonne University, and the Louvre Museum.
Over 300 researchers from 22 countries participated in the event, including France, the UK, Germany, Poland, the US, the Czech Republic, Russia, Italy, Sudan, and the Netherlands.
