The judges' panel selected The Indonesian Tawana Sheldrick as the 4th runner-up, the Mexican Sofía González as 3rd runner-up, the Spanish Irene Grande as 2nd runner, and the Venezuelan Victoria Maneiro as 1st runner-up.
Kawtar Ikken received Miss Elite Popularity 2024, while Barbara Mora was selected as Miss Elite Congeniality 2024. Nora Ventriglia as Miss Elite Miss Photogenic 2024, and Denisa Chalupová as Miss Elite fitness2024.
Moreover, Anne Juvyel also won Miss best smile 2024, Parapra Mora as Miss Best National Costume, Irene Grande as Miss best bikini, Sofía González as Miss Elite America, Faith Ogele as Miss elite Africa, Tawana Sheldrick as Miss elite Asia, and finally Nora Ventriglia as Miss elite Europe.
