Angham Announces Release Date for New Album "Tegy Nseb"

Egyptian superstar, Angham has announced the release date for her first new album in four years.

"Tegy Nseb" is out Sunday, July 28 and will consist of 12 songs. 

The album is produced by the acclaimed singer's production company, Soot Masr Records.

In May, Angham announced she was working on a new album and had finished recording its songs with a distinguished team of poets, composers, and arrangers.

In the album, she also cooperated with a large number of poets and composers, including Amir Teima, Nader Abd Allah, Aziz El-Shafei, and Tamer Ashour.

Angham released her last album "Mazh" in November 2020.

It was a gulf record consisting of 15 songs. In the album, she also cooperated with a large number of poets and composers, including Abdul Rahman bin Musa'id Al Saud, Turki Al-Sheikh, and Saham.

The superstar, born on January 19, 1972, is considered one of the most successful vocal female singers in the Middle East.

Angham sang as a child, heralding the birth of a new musical generation. 

She made her debut in 1987 under the guidance of her father, prominent Egyptian musician Mohamed Ali Suleiman in the late 1980s, before embarking on her independent path.

The acclaimed singer’s fame in the music scene has led her to experiment with other fields such as film-making.

In 1994, she made her acting debut in the romantic comedy play “Leila Men Alf Leila” (Night of a Thousand Nights) featuring veteran actor Yehia El-Fakharany and singer-actor Ali El Haggar.

Angham landed her first role in a drama in 2003's "Fe Ghamdet Ein,", starring actress Dalia El Behery.
