Italian manager Carlo Ancelotti, head coach of the Brazil national team, leads the list of the world’s highest-paid national team coaches in 2025, earning an annual salary of £8.28 million (€9.6 million), confirming his position as the most expensive national team manager in football.
In second place comes German coach Thomas Tuchel, head of the England national team, with an annual salary of £5.06 million (€5.9 million), followed by Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, head coach of the United States, in third place with £4.53 million (€5.3 million).
In fourth place is German coach Julian Nagelsmann, who leads the German national team with a salary of £4.2 million (€4.9 million), followed by Italian Fabio Cannavaro, who earns £3.5 million (€4.1 million) for managing Uzbekistan, one of the most surprising entries on the list.
