It would have been the biggest home sale in the U.S., but the roughly $188 million deal to buy a 12-bedroom Bel Air mansion that comes with its own helipad and Ferrari gallery has fallen through, Mansion Global reported

Now developer Bruce Makowsky has put the Los Angeles spec home once priced at a record-breaking $250 million back on the market with a 25% discount.

The lavish, glass-lined home, 38,000 square feet, is perched on a hillside in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country.

Some of its more obscure amenities include an assorted candy wall, more than 100 art installations and an auto gallery already stocked with luxury vehicles totalling $30 million.

Besides walls of candy and millions in cars, Mr. Makowsky’s relisted spec home comes with two master suites and 10 guest bedrooms, 21 bathrooms and a grassy roof deck.

There are three kitchens and five bars, plus a four-lane bowling alley and 40-seat theater. The price of the home includes the salaries for seven household staff for the first two years of ownership.

The listing agents on the property also include Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of Hilton & Hyland.
