According to Spain’s Cadena SER radio, Spain has expressed interest in hosting the 2029 final at Spotify Camp Nou, while England is considering Wembley Stadium for the same year.
The final decision is expected to be made in September 2026.
UEFA has already announced that the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, home to Atlético Madrid, will host the 2027 Champions League Final.
Meanwhile, the Polish National Stadium in Warsaw has been selected to host the 2027 UEFA Women’s Champions League Final, and Salzburg, Austria, will stage the 2026 UEFA Super Cup.
The potential selection of Allianz Arena continues Munich’s long-standing tradition as one of Europe’s premier football venues, previously hosting several major international finals.
