Algeria, Libya Discuss Ways to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Algerian Prime Minister (PM), Nadhir Al-Arbawi, discussed with Vice-President of Libyan Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, the latest developments in the situation in Libya and ways to strengthen bilateral relations.

This came on the sidelines of Al-Arbawi’s participation, on behalf of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, in the 15th Islamic Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which began in the Gambian capital, Banjul, according to the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

For his part, Al-Koni expressed his appreciation for Algeria’s continued support for efforts to reach a sustainable political solution that preserves Libya’s unity and sovereignty and fulfills the aspirations of the Libyan people to restore security and stability.
