Under the directives of HE Prof. Ahmad At-Tayyeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Ash-Sharif and Chairman of the EZCH Board of Trustees, the fourth EZCH relief convoy entered the Rafah border crossing, in preparation for its entry into the Gaza Strip. It consists of 50 trucks carrying nearly 1,000 tons of medical supplies, foodstuffs, drinking water, and living supplies.
The convoy had set off for the besieged Gaza Strip, with large international participation, as delegations from 70 countries have contributed to preparing it, in response to the Grand Imam’s call on all people to intensify constant support for the people of Gaza within the Help Gaza campaign.
The EZCH had sent three convoys since the start of the brutal aggression on Gaza within the Help Gaza campaign directed by the Grand Imam, besides the current convoy, bringing the number of trucks entering Gaza to 125, with a total of about 2,000 tons of relief aid.
