Al-Ahly won the Super Cup in its twenty-first edition for the fourteenth time in its history, after defeating Modern Future by four goals to two.
Al-Ahly Mahmoud Abdel Menham Kahraba scored goals in the 12th minute and Hussein Al-Shahat in the 34th minute, and Modest and Karim Fouad scored the third and fourth goals in the 114th and 116th minutes before the end of the second extra half.
Omar Al-Saeed and Mohamed Mahmoud scored for the Future team in the 75th and 77th minutes in the final of the Egyptian Super Cup for Champions Clubs.
The Egyptian Super Cup was held in the UAE at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
