On Saturday, Egypt's Al Ahly will face America's Seattle Sounders in the FIFA Club World Cup.
The Sounders will represent the MLS at the Club World Cup for the first time ever after winning the CONCACAF Champions League in 2022. They will face Egyptian powerhouse Al Ahly in their opening match.
Both teams will be aggressive since a semi-final matchup with Real Madrid, the current European champions and 13-time winners, is on the line.
The Sounders has historically suffered from Al-Ahly’s defeats, as it lost to the Al Ahly with two clean goals in the 2006 FIFA Club World Cup.
The match will be held on Ibn Batouta Stadium in Tangier, Morocco, on Saturday, 4 February.
The clash will Kick off at 17:30 GMT / 12:30 ET / 09:30 PST. Exactly 7:00 pm in Cairo and Jerusalem, Tripoli, Khartoum, 8:00 pm Saudi Arabia and Qatar time, 9:00 pm UAE time, and 6:00 o’clock Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco time.
