Egyptian actor Ahmed El Sakka will be returning to the stage after 19 years with the play "Sayidati Al Jamila" (My Fair Lady).
El Sakka is set to star opposite actress Reem Moustafa in the play.
"Sayidati Al Jamila" is written and directed by Ayman Bahgat Kamar and is set to debut within the activities of the Riyadh Season in the first week of December.
El Sakka made his last theatrical performance in the 2003 play "Kedah Okay".
On the other hand, El Sakka is collaborating with actor Amr Youssef in the TV series "El Gabal" (The Mountain).
The series is set to screen in the Ramadan 2023 drama marathon.
Moreover, El Sakka will next be seen in the star-studded film "Al Serb ".
It also stars Mona Zaki, Diab, Karim Fahmy, Mustafa Fahmy, Asser Yassin, Sherif Mounir, Mahmoud Abdel-Mughni, Mohamed Mamdouh, Ahmed Hatem, and Islam Gamal.
The film is written by Omar Abdel Halim and directed by Ahmed Nader Galal.
"Al Serb" depicts the air strike carried out by the Egyptian army in Libya against ISIS.
The film is considered one of the largest cinematic projects of the past years.
El Sakka was last seen in the film “The Spider” (El-Ankaboot).
