El Fishawy Celebrates 2nd Anniv. of Meeting Wife Nada

Egyptian actor, Ahmed El Fishawy never shies away from declaring his love for wife Nada Kamal, which he just did as he penned a gushing tribute to her on the anniversary of the day they met, as they celebrate two years together.

The 39-year-old actor shared the message on social media on Monday along with photos of himself with his wife, and captioned: “On a day like today, I saw you, two years ago ❤️ I love you so much #happyanniversary”.

The couple, tied the knot in July 2018 in a private ceremony amid the attendee of their friends and family, after three months of engagement.

They got engaged in a private ceremony on May 1, amid the attendee of their parents, El Fishawy's bit for privacy.

On May 22, El Fishawy announced his engagement to a woman called Nada, in an interview with TV presenter Sarah Dundarawy on “Al Arabiya” news TV channel.

During the interview, he did not disclose any further details about his fiancée, or what she looks like, or how they got together.

On September 25, the couple had stolen the spotlight in their first public appearance after they tied the knot at the Egyptian film “Eyar Nari” (Gunshot) world premiere at El-Gouna Film Festival 2nd edition.

The appearance of Kamal sparked a lot of controversy on the red carpet with talks about her and her appearance on the social media, who compared her to Kim Kardashian.

It is worth mentioning that El Fishawy, born on November 11, 1980, is the son of prominent stars Somaya El Alfy, and Farouk El Fishawy.

He started acting at the age of nine, debuting alongside his father in “Al Morshed”, then appearing in small roles in several films, among which was “El Batal” (The Champion) with Ahmed Zaki in 1998.

El Fishawy’s breakthrough came with his role in the television series “Wagh Elqamar” (The Moon's Face) alongside Faten Hamama in 2000.

He then appeared in the epic television drama “Hadith Elsabah wal Masaa'” (Morning and Night Dialogue) in 2001, and “El Amma Nour” (Aunt Nour) in 2003 alongside Nabila Ebeid.

El Fishawy made his first lead role on television was in the series “Afarit El Sayala” (The Ghosts of Sayala), after which he landed his first lead role on film in Ahmed Mekky's action-comedy “El Hasa Elsabaa” (The Seventh Sense).

The actor’s most successful roles include the multi-season sit-com “Tamer we Shawqyea” (Tamer and Shawqeya) the thriller-drama film “45 Youm” (45 Days), and “Welad Rizk 1 & 2”.
