A clear message sent by Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, to Berlin Conference on Libya,  stressing the importance of Egypt as a strategic ally with its clear positions that support legitimacy, the national army, and the House of Representatives to correct the political path in Libya.

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi puts into account what is happening in Libya, as Libya’s security is an integral part to Egypt's security, and what harms Libya will harm Egypt and the neighboring countries as well.

Today, meetings will kick off in Berlin, in the presence of President Sisi, to reach a solution to the crisis of Libya, which is facing a fierce attack and interference from all sides. The main goal of these sides is to invade this brotherly country that has become a hideout  for the gathering of terrorist militias who work in favor of external parties, and receive direct orders and funding from Turkey and Qatar.

Libya represents the strategic depth of Egypt, while the recent Turkish occupation of Libya - in my view - is an attempt to threaten Egypt, which stands against Erdogan's goals to control the countries of the region.

Those who are loyal o the brotherly Libyan people hope that Berlin Conference could keep the Libyan people away from the dangers of wars, but the reality emphasizes the bad intentions of the parties close to Erdogan and the Saraj government.

The solution should start with forming a presidential council, while the House of Representatives should monitor the Executive Authority, the National Army and the National Police should combat and eliminate terrorism as Libyans should be aware that any turmoil or danger that threaten the security of their country represents a direct threat to Egypt's security and stability.

Days ago, Saleh thanked Egypt for its clear stance, and denounced the international community for “abandoning the Libyan people halfway in their pursuit of a democratic civilian state.

”This left the people prey to terrorism and threats from the ISIS group," he added.

The demonic forces that halted the change in Libya are represented in the practices of Fayez al-Sarraj, head of Al Wefaq government, and the suspicious MOU that he signed with Turkish President, leaving  Libya and the region in great tensions!

This suspicious deal represents a betrayal of the Libyan people and a violation of the parliament’s powers as the two suspicious MOUs - as Saleh said - have no value.

Thus, the situation has worsened, and information has spread about Turkey starting to transfer approximately 500 fighters who carried out its plans in Syria to Libya, while there are others in Turkey waiting to be transferred to Tripoli.

Erdogan's conspiracy is a dangerous step to Turkish and Libyan youth as well as the interests of the people.

"Therefore, we hope that Berlin conference will be a real beginning for the return of the political agreement, the arms embargo, and the ceasefire, in addition to launching a package of reforms to implement international humanitarian law and initiate economic reforms," Saleh concluded.
