On Saturday, Qatar won the 2023 AFC Asian Cup tournament, retaining their title, after defeating Jordan 3-1 in the final of the tournament.
Qatar retained their title at Lusail Stadium, the stadium that hosted the final of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, thanks to Akram Afif's three penalty shots.
After the victory, Qatar became the first team to win the tournament back-to-back since 2004.
In the same context, Jordan's Crown Prince Al Hussein greeted his country's national team for reaching the final of the tournament for the first time in their history.
