PAC is always anticipating facing The Elite, especially Kenny Omega, as they went on strong rivalry during their Best of 7 Series for the AEW World Trios Championships last November.
On the other hand, The Elite's Omega revealed that their fifth member is Kota Ibushi who is a close friend of Omega during his run in Japan, and they invaded the tag team scene. They were known as "The Golden Lovers."
Moreover, The Young Bucks, Ibushi, and Omega had a great alliance together in New Japan Pro Wrestling, under the name of "The Golden Elite."
