AEW Sets New Attendance Record at the O2 Arena for 2025 Forbidden Door

All Elite Wrestling delivered a historic night at London’s O2 Arena with its AEWXNJPW Forbidden Door, setting a new attendance record for the venue with a sold-out crowd that brought nonstop energy from the opening bell to the final match. 

18,992 people attended the show, making it the most attended wrestling show in the history of the hall, breaking the previous record of WWE's Money in the Bank.

The atmosphere was electric, with fans passionately interacting throughout the show, creating one of AEW’s most memorable nights on European soil.

The event featured standout performances, with Will Ospreay receiving thunderous ovations in his home country. 

Jamie Hayter made her long-awaited return to a massive reaction, while Wardlow’s comeback drew one of the loudest pops of the evening. 

The combination of high-calibre matches and emotional returns underscored AEW’s growing global reach.

The night was closed by an unforgettable and exciting Lights Out Steel Cage match.
