Early Wednesday, AEW Superstar and former world champion Adam "Hangman" Page faced a horrible injury during his match for AEW World Championship against the title holder Jon Moxley.

Page harshly fell on his head in the ring which brought the tragic scene of WWE's Big E neck injury to the surface once again.

Several in-venue reporters said that Hangman didn't refer to any neck problem which eased the fears of the fans, in addition, some videos showed the former champion reacted properly and moved his head.

The videos were taken by fans who attended the show in the venue as the TV cameras, respectfully, didn't stream the process of stretching the injured star, focused the lenses on the commentary table and Moxley.

Two hours later, AEW released a statement addressing Hangman's injury, saying: "[Hangman] was taken tonight by medical personnel to a Cincinnati trauma center and diagnosed with a concussion.

He was discharged, but will remain in AEW’s concussion protocol. AEW and Hangman Page are grateful for the exemplary response and care of staff and local medical personnel, and are appreciative of the love and support of fans everywhere.”

Dozens of Pro Wrestling stars reacted towards the news of the former world champion's injury like Big E who is still suffering from the impact of his neck injury earlier this year, Matt Hardy, MJF, Bully Ray, Mick Folly, Britt Baker, and Dark Order's Evil Uno.

In addition, The Young Bucks changed the header of their Twitter account and added Page's photo.
