A few hours ago, All Elite Wrestling announced two more matches for its joint event with New Japan Pro Wrestling, "The Forbidden Door II," on May 25, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The first announced match was an open challenge by the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Sanada for a title shot.

His call was asked by one of the AEW Four-Pillars, Jungle Boy. Jungle Boy was one-half of former AEW World Tag Team Champions Jurrasic Express, and he competed for the TNT title and the AEW World Championship.

The other announced match for the AEW World Championship as NJPW's legend, grand slam champion, Hiroshi Tanahashi challenged the AEW Champion MJF for a title match in the event.

The reaction of MJF was hilarious as he declined the challenge before AEW President Tony Khan made it official.

Moreover, a number of contests were teased during the episode without any confirmation like Zack Sabre Junior against Orange Cassidy, and Daniel Garcia against Katsuyori Shibata.

Previously, NJPW announced two highly anticipated contests for the event during its NJPW Dominion, two weeks ago.

They were: NJPW's Will Ospreay against AEW's Kenny Omega for the IWGP US title, and NJPW's Kazuchika Okada against AEW's Bryan Danielson for the first time ever.
