AEW All Out 2025 delivered a night of surprises, high drama, and emotional returns as the company brought the annual pay-per-view to a packed Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on September 20.
The main event saw “Hangman” Adam Page successfully defend the AEW World Championship against Kyle Fletcher.
Fletcher, who has rapidly risen through the ranks, put up a fierce fight, but Page’s experience and grit carried him through.
The victory reinforced Hangman’s dominance at the top of the men’s division, though Fletcher’s performance established him as a legitimate future contender.
Last night's epic proved that Fletcher is one of the 2025 stars in the scene of pro wrestling.
The AEW Women’s World Championship picture took a dramatic turn when Kris Statlander shocked the division by capturing the title in a fatal four-way match against “Timeless” Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter, and Thekla.
Statlander pinned Storm to claim the title, ending Storm’s reign and sending the crowd into a frenzy.
The win marked one of the biggest moments of Statlander’s career and set up a wave of fresh rivalries within the women’s roster. In addition, Statlander becomes the first AEW female star to capture both the world and TBS titles.
Kazuchika Okada retained the AEW Unified Championship in a thrilling and entertaining 3-way encounter against Konosuke Takeshita and Máscara Dorada.
Dorada was a key factor and a real star in the match. His presence balanced technical excellence with high-risk spots.
The tag team division also had its share of chaos, as Brodido successfully defended the AEW World Tag Team Championships in a ladder match featuring multiple teams, including The Young Bucks and JetSpeed.
The contest was filled with high spots and jaw-dropping moments, but the fallout after the match stole the attraction: Jack Perry made his long-awaited return, attacking The Young Bucks.
Moments later, Luchasaurus reemerged, reverting to his old identity after a run as Killswitch, and aligned with Perry in an emotional reunion that sent fans into nostalgic chants of “Jungle Boy.”
The TBS Championship stayed around the waist of Mercedes Moné, who defeated Riho in a fast-paced bout.
The show also featured one of its most violent chapters with a coffin match between Jon Moxley and Darby Allin.
Moxley ultimately secured the win, but Allin’s attempt to set him on fire after the match pushed their feud to an even darker level, leaving fans stunned at the lengths the rivalry has reached.
Mark Briscoe scored a statement victory over MJF in a brutal “Tables ‘n’ Tacks” match. The outcome shocked many, given MJF’s past dominance, and solidified Briscoe as one of AEW’s most resilient underdogs who can shine under the spotlight.
One of the most emotional moments of the night came when Eddie Kingston returned after over a year away due to serious leg injuries. Kingston defeated Big Bill in his comeback match.
All Out 2025 will be remembered as one of AEW’s most eventful nights, balancing championship stakes, emotional storytelling, and shocking returns in a way that left fans buzzing well after the final bell.
