Adviser to the Yemeni Minister of Interior, Brigadier General Bajash Al-Aghbari, survived an assassination attempt targeting his car with an explosive device, north of Lahj governorate.
The Yemeni newspaper, "Aden Al-Ghad", quoted a source as saying that Al-Aghbari's car was hit by an explosion in a failed assassination attempt.
The newspaper reported that the explosion occurred on Saturday between the Iron Factory and Al-Raja', and that the car was completely burnt without causing any human damage.
The newspaper pointed out that the car exploded from the front and the driver and his companions got off, adding that 4 explosions followed the first explosion.
