AC Milan secured an important victory after defeating Bologna 3–0 on Wednesday night at the Renato Dall’Ara Stadium, in a match played as part of Matchday 23 of the 2025–2026 Serie A season.
Milan opened the scoring in the 20th minute through Ruben Loftus-Cheek, before Christopher Nkunku doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 39th minute.
Adrien Rabiot sealed the result early in the second half with a third goal in the 48th minute, confirming a dominant performance by the Rossoneri.
The win extended Milan’s impressive unbeaten run in Serie A to 22 consecutive matches, as they continue their pursuit of league leaders Inter Milan, who sit top of the table with 52 points.
With this result, AC Milan move up to second place in the standings with 50 points, keeping the title race firmly alive. Bologna, meanwhile, remain in 10th position with 30 points after the defeat.
