AC Has Strong Presence in Africa: Mohsen Salah

Eng. Mohsen Salah, CEO and Chairman of the Arab Contractors (AC) company said that the implementation of metro stations varies according to their area, indicating that each station has its own design.

In televised statements to “Sada ElBalad” TV channel, Salah added that Heliopolis metro station, the largest in the Middle East, is carried out in cooperation with Orascom and French VINCI.

“Heliopolis station is established in accordance with the international standards,” he said, noting that the station includes a large mall to serve the area and passengers.

The AC is working on the metro fourth line, connecting Cairo’s Masr al-Qadima area with 6th October City through 17 stations. Moreover, he stressed that this phase is being done with Egyptian hands.

On the other hand, Salah added that AC has a strong presence in African countries, noting that the company is currently implementing many projects in the Middle East region and the whole world as well.

He added that AC, established 65 years ago, is a national company operating in Egypt.

Concerning Africa, Arab Contractors CEO pointed out that an agreement has been signed to establish Tanzania Dam, stressing that this project has a strong reputation.
