Secretary-General of Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, discussed the Lebanese developments with Prime Minister Najib Mikati, especially after the recent Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip.
Aboul Gheit wrote on his account on 'X' website that the discussions focused on the situation of the clashes across the Lebanese southern border.
He expressed his solidarity with the concerns about the situation slipping into something that no one wants, wishing that his efforts would be successful in avoiding any difficulties for Lebanon, which it is currently in no need of.
