Aboul Enein Outlines Roadmap for Industrial Renaissance in Egypt

Success does not come by chance, but as a result of enduring effort, thought, and enlightened mindset… This is what distinguishes prominent Egyptian businessman Mohammed Aboul Enein.

 

His life is a long chain of success and a challenging journey for an Egyptian youth from a middle-class family who managed to reach the utmost fame. His name is engraved with letters of light in the world economic record.

 

Aboul Enein is a high- profile industrialist with a great economic mindset… The founder of the "Cleopatra" group, which is considered one of the 4 most important industrial and economic edifices in the whole world…His products are exported to more than 110 countries around the world.

 

He also won dozens of international awards from Japan, America, and Italy.

 

Aboul Enein is a prominent politician and a patriotic man.. When it comes to Egypt, you find him in the first rows as a fighter, warrior and defender, sacrificing his life for the sake of his homeland.

 

He was the first to travel to the United Nations (UN) and European countries to reveal the truth of what is happening in Egypt after June 30th revolution, correct the image, uncover lies and foil attempts by evil forces to distorted motherland’s image abroad.

 

Egyptian magazine “The Economist” managed to get close and personal with Aboul Enien in an exclusive interview.

 

“Industry is the future of the nation and Egypt’s path towards sustainable development,” Aboul Enein said. “It is the engine of growth, export and added value.”

He presents a roadmap to achieve an industrial renaissance in Egypt via various measures including:

 

  • Reducing investment and production costs through a package of bold measures to reduce energy prices and link them to international prices.

 

  • Reducing interest, transportation and labor costs, as well as land prices

 

  • Abolishing real estate taxes on factories

 

  • Tending towards productive specialization and localization of industries in the governorates according to the advantages enjoyed by each governorate.

 

  • Creating specialized industrial areas with all the services to qualify them to attract investments.

 

  • Linking industrial areas with each other, reducing costs, deepening industry

 

  • Spreading the idea of industrial and investment areas with the special economic zones system and promoting them internally and externally

 

  • Preparing Egypt to enter the 4th industrial revolution and providing an incentive package for international companies to encourage them to invest in Egypt in the field of industry.

 

  • Launching rehabilitation and training programs at universities for young people in these industries.
