Health care is one of the most circulating issues addressing the Egyptian society. However, the Aboul Enein Foundation has come forth to take strategic endeavours to support national causes in the health arena supporting the well-being of the less privileged segments of Egyptian society.
The foundation is supporting health issues not only via donations and medical convoys but also by expanding clinics to lower-income people.
Aboul Enein, head of the Board of Directors of Social Foundation, headed a medical convoy including all medical specialities on July, the 6th and the 7th 2009, in front of his office to serve the citizens of El Bahr El Azam Street, next to the bridge’s southern ring of Giza. Thankfully, the convoy witnessed a tremendous turnout of citizens.
To expand its activities, the Foundation decided to contribute £ 150,000 for 25 corneas in aid of financially less fortunate patients, in collaboration with the Rotary Club and Al Noor Association Moroccan charity.
The Children's Cancer Hospital 57357 honoured Aboul Enein, chairman of the Social Foundation and head of Cleopatra Group, in recognition of his social role and his large contributions in the hospital and supporting the program since its beginning up till now.
