Heba Shabana, the wife of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Abou El-Enein, has highlighted the significant impact of the National Alliance for Civil Development Work initiative, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Shabana made these remarks during the "Hope Givers" celebration, broadcast on Sada El-Balad TV’s "Spotlight" program, hosted by Sherine Suleiman.
Shabana stated, “The National Alliance for Civil Development Work initiative has benefited around 30 million people within a year, providing food, medical care, and clothing.”
She further emphasized that women have gained unprecedented opportunities in leadership roles under President Sisi’s administration. "Women have secured remarkable positions in the Cabinet, Parliament, civil society, and the private sector," Shabana added.
Discussing the Abou El-Enein Charitable Foundation, Shabana noted, “Established over four decades ago, the foundation has reached more than a million beneficiaries. It focuses on community development, women's empowerment, education and training, e-marketing, and youth empowerment.”
Concluding her remarks, Shabana praised the foundation’s chairman, Mohamed Abou El-Enein, stating, “Mr. Abou El-Enein has integrated charitable work and sustainable development into every aspect of the foundation. The foundation is proud to elevate the flag of hope through tangible sustainable projects on the ground.”
