MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Parliament Deputy Speaker, and Chairman of Egyptian-European Business council stressed that now is time for Japan to have a specialized industrial zone northwest of the Suez Canal.
During an honoring ceremony held by the Egyptian European Council, to bid farewell to the Japanese ambassador in Cairo Noki Masaki, Abou El-Enein said that Russia and some European countries have industrial zones in Egypt, noting that the presence of a Japanese industrial zone for autos in Egypt will open the door for local manufactured vehicles to be exported to the African and European markets.
The Prominent businessman added that Egypt has free trade agreements with 53 countries in Africa, within the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Agreemrnt.
In addition, Egypt has signed many agreements with the European Union, and economic groups and blocs around the world, which are countries inhabited by More than one billion people, indicating that whoever is stationed in this market will have priority and proactive steps in promoting his products in these countries.
Abou El-Enein commended the Japanese ambassador, saying: “In my name and in the name of all Egyptian business community members, we salute you and the friendly Japanese people."
He stressed that the Japanese people enjoy high values and extreme courtesy, noting that the Egyptian people in general and the business community in particular are happy with this partnership.
Abou El-Enein said that the Japanese ambassador, and all loyal diploamts who work for developing the country's partnerships, are always welcomed in Egypt.

“There is no doubt that the effective role you played, Mr. Ambassador, during your tenure in Cairo, left good impression on the Egyptian people, who appreciate the friendly people of Japan,” Abou El-Enein noted, wishing the ambassador all success in his next mission.
he added:” You spent three years with us when you arrived in July 2018, but you will always remain Egypt’s friend.. because Egypt will never forget your efforts, as the Egyptian-Japanese relations have become very strong and gained great momentum during your time in Egypt, the economic and trade cooperation relations between the two countries have been characterized by prosperity and persity, despite the challenges of Coronavirus pandemic. There are many Japanese companies operating in Egypt.”
He explained that the Japanese government stood by the Egyptian people on June 30, and was not decieved by malicious rumors aim to undermine the stability of Egypt.
He said to the ambassador: “Egypt will always remain your second home, the Egyptian people wish you all the best in your next mission.”
