Who Is Yasser Rizk?

Rizk was one of the most successful journalists. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Akhbar Al-Youm, former editor-in-chief of Al-Akhbar, and former editor-in-chief of Al-Masry Al-Youm.

Earlier this month, he had celebrated the release of his new book “The Fifty Years between January of Anger and June of Salvation.”

The book documented his honest living review and his exciting journalism career and followed the sequence of dangers and different beginning of our beloved country Egypt. It all started when the Egyptian people revolted against Late President Hosni Mubarak in 2011. This anger removed Mubarak after 30 years of ruling. Therefore, the Republic of July 23 came to its knee.
