Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein praised on Saturday the inauguration of the July 3 Naval Base, stressing that it's a new achievement for the Egyptian army, which has the best forces in the world.

"I congratulate President Sisi, our courageous armed forces, and the great Egyptian people for the opening of the July 3 Naval Base, which comes as part of a series of Egypt’s unimaginable achievements during the era of President Sisi," Abou El-Enein said.

"The July 3 Naval Base is a new achievement for our armed forces, affirming Egypt’s strength and military weight in the region and the world, and of the Egyptian naval sovereignty over its coasts to protect its resources."

"It is another message of peace and deterrence for anyone who thinks of threatening the Egyptian and Arab security. Our army  is an army of peace, capable of protecting our homeland against any enemy. Peace and truth needs power to protect it."

Abou El-Enein added that the  launching of the naval base comes in commemoration with a day close to the hearts of all Egyptians, and a great day in which the army protected the country and abide to the masses by removing the forces of evil "Muslim Brotherhood".

"This date is a memory that confirms that the people and the army will remain one voice, one entity and one spirit in defending the homeland."

The deputy speaker pointed out that the establishment of the military base is a great addition to the many military bases built by President Sisi, including the Mohamed Naguib and the Berenice bases, which represent fulcrums for protecting Egyptian and Arab national security.

"Today, we should all be proud of our homeland and our armed forces, "the protectors of the nation," the business tycoon concluded.
