Parliament Deputy Speaker Mohamed Abou El-Enein expressed, on Saturday, his happiness at participating in 'Shoulder-to-Shoulder' initiative launched by President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi.
In press remarks, Abou El-Enein also described it as the largest initiative in the history of humanitarian and community work under President Sisi, who feels the concerns of the poor people.
Furthermore, the Parliament deputy speaker added that this initiative is an inspiring model of solidarity and humanitarian work that is difficult for major countries to implement, stressing that Egyptians, in times of hardship, are always able to overcome any difficulties or tribulations.
Moreover, Abou El-Enein hailed the timing of the initiative's launch, which comes with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
"All greetings and appreciation to President Sisi, who had the great idea to launch the National Alliance for Civil Development Action, which unified efforts and provided a true model of solidarity, support, and assistance to our people across all parts of Egypt," the lawmaker said.
