Abdulsalam; MCE participating in int'l book fairs

His Excellency Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman Al-Duwaini, Deputy of Al-Azhar, and His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al-Haddad, Member of the Muslim Council of Elders, Member of the UAE Council for Fatwa, and Senior Mufti of the Fatwa Department in Dubai, visited the pavilion of the Muslim Council of Elders at the International Istanbul Arabic Book Fair.

They were received by His Excellency the Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders, Judge Muhammad Abdulsalam. Their Excellencies praised the outstanding efforts made by the Muslim Council of Elders, under the leadership of His Eminence Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, in promoting the values of tolerance, peaceful coexistence, and respect for others. 

The Secretary-General of the Muslim Council of Elders affirmed that the Council is keen on participating in various international book fairs with quality and distinction, stemming from its mission to promote peace, establish the values of dialogue and tolerance, and build bridges of cooperation among people of different races and beliefs.
