WYF Singers' Message: Music Unites Humans around World

“Peace, love, progress,” messages carried by Veronica and Willie to the world from the land of Egypt, before the launch of the third edition of the World Youth Forum (WYF), stressing that music and singing are a way to bring the world together under the Egyptian flag, and that they will return to their homeland loaded with ideas and decisions that contribute in further progress and stability.

The Russian singer Veronica, who is scheduled to participate in the singing concert of the World Youth Forum in it’s third edition, is scheduled to start next Saturday; she said she is happy to participate in the forum, pointing out that she advanced last year and was accepted but she could not attend, but she insisted on participating this year.

Veronica added, in exclusive statements to SEE ”, she is happy to have chosen the forum because she loves to communicate with people from different states, praising the organization of the wonderful forum, and noting that she knows some musical pieces from Egyptian art, but she does not know singers.

Veronica added, that music and art can reunite the world, and that it is one of the influencing factors that drive the emotions of humanity, pointing out that the forum will make them participate in the coming years and will influence them, especially as it is a great opportunity to stress that everyone must love each other.

While Willie Saleh, a Chadian nationality and acts as the guitar player, who will be playing for Veronica in the concert, said that he is participating in the forum for the first time, pointing out that he applied for the pedestrian public attendance was not chosen last year, but was chosen this year.

He expressed his happiness to receive an invitation from Egypt, and participating in this global forum, explaining that her message to the world from Egypt is: “Peace, progress and love.”

Willie told See, "He knows a number of Egyptian singers, including Mohamed Mounir, and Dina Al-Wedidi, pointing out that his band's drummer is from Egypt, stressing that Egypt is secure and stable.

On their singing team and how it was formed, Willie said that Veronica lives in Russia and sometimes visits Germany, he has lived in Germany, and they met in Berlin, two years ago and a friendship developed between them was formed, and they did 3 duets together; each of them has their own business as well.

Regarding the songs that are scheduled to be shown in the forum, they confirmed that they will present two songs, the first talks about peace, and the second contains messages for young people.

Willie continued, that music brings people together more than songs, because a person may not be able to understand or speak the different languages of the world, but he can hear and be influenced by music around the world, pointing out that music is a way to bring people together, especially young people, because the world is witnessing social and political conflicts.
