A match between the Egyptian and American communities to support the Pharaohs

A friendly match was held between stars of the Egyptian community (former players from Egyptian clubs) and some retired American players. All participants wore the Pharaohs' jersey in the over-50 amateur league in the United States, in celebration of Egypt's participation in the 2026 World Cup and in support of the national team.

Egyptian football fans eagerly await the start of the Egyptian national team's journey in the 2026 World Cup finals. The Pharaohs will compete in Group G, which includes Belgium, Iran, and New Zealand, in the tournament to be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The national team will open its matches with a highly anticipated game against Belgium, before facing New Zealand in the second round. They will then conclude the group stage with a tough match against Iran, as they strive to secure a place in the knockout rounds.
