Mothers who have one children some times wonder if they can bear another as raising a kid is but a hard job! Now  a new Cambridge study advises wives and mothers not to have more than 2 children for how this could affect their healths.

Researchers found that more than 2 children makes mothers more likely to experience Heart attacks, strokes and heart muscle failure.

They expalined that the mothers who had 5 children or more were 40% more likely to experience hard health attacks during the next 30 years of their lives, compared to those who have just one kid.

Oliver Williams, Ph. D, from Cambridge, elaborated that pregnancy and baby delivery put pressure on the hearts, where raising kids takes a lot of efforts from mothers who already might not have time to take care of themselves.

The research was based on studying the cases of more than 8 thousand women in the U.S. whose ages where raning from 45 and 64 years.
