Eight Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Zeitoun neighborhood in Gaza City, north of the Strip, on Thursday, according to the Palestinian News and Information Agency.
The agency quoted local sources as saying that rescue and civil defense teams recovered eight bodies following an Israeli drone strike on a house in the al-Zeitoun neighborhood.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Wednesday that the death toll from the Israeli war on the Strip had risen to 61,722 since October 2023.
