8 Movies You Should Not Watch During Coronavirus

You and millions of others around the globe are forced to self-isolation, which comes as a preventive measure against the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.

Being stuck at home and not being able to do whatever we like is a bummer, but we have tons of things to do, however, it will all end at some point.

You need a distraction, and there are thousands of movies you can select, however, let us help you avoid the movies you should never watch while stuck at home.

 

1. The Stand (1994)

The movie revolves around a super flu that kills all of mankind, leaving only a handful of people chosen by God and the Devil to battle it out in the Midwest.

2. Demons (1985)

Mix ebola and evil and just one teensy cut and—flu!—your average citizen turns into a demon. It happens over and over in this Italian-made masterclass plague movie.

3. Idaho Transfer (1973)

The movie revolves around teenagers who time travel to the future after some unnamed plague wiped us all out.

 

4. The Crazies (1973)

The movie arrives from George Romero the maker of raising the living dead, revolves around a small American town that accidentally becomes afflicted by a military biological weapon.

 

 

5. No Blade of Grass (1970)

In this movie, it’s not the people who are getting sick, it is way worse, it is the plants. It all die, which means that there is no food. No matter, the result is the same, which means that humanity is doomed.

6. Five Feet Apart (2019)

The movie tells the story of two cystic fibrosis patients, who must maintain a safe distance between them, however, they fall in love, which is terrible for them and for us, as the price of removing that distance, is death.

7. Adrift (2018)

The movie revolves around the true story of a couple embark on a journey to the ocean, away from the entire world, however, what they do not know is that they would be sailing directly into one of the most catastrophic hurricanes in recorded history.

 

8. The Mist (2007)

This movie is a big no-no. It should not be watched period! especially, now, while being stuck at home. This movie can make you depressed on any day.

It revolves around a father and his son as they get trapped in a supermarket along with several people from his town, when a mist engulfs suddenly the entire city, bringing along bloodthirsty creatures.

They and several others from the supermarket managed to leave the place and decided to commit mass suicide when their fuel runs out, better than be killed by the monsters,  the man has killed everyone, including his son, when salvation comes from the army, making their death meaningless.
