Eight Egyptian squash stars got victories in the second round of the 2023 Tournament of Champions (ToC) in New York to be qualified for the Round 16.
Mostafa Asal, Marwan Al Shorbagy, Mazen Hashim, Mostafa Al Sarrty, Nouran Hohar, Maryam Metwaly, Nour Al Tayeb, and Jana Shiha.
Previously, Aly Farag withdrew from the tournament due to an injury.
In addition, five Egyptian players are on the top 10 of the tournament rankings:
