German police announced today, Saturday, that six people were injured, three of them seriously, in a stabbing incident on a bus in the west of the country.
The suspect is a 32-year-old German woman who was arrested following the attack in the town of Siegen, 40 people were on board the bus at the time of the incident, DW reported.
The German authorities reported that three of the victims were seriously injured. The police are investigating the motive behind the crime, but they confirmed at the same time that there are no indications that the incident was a terrorist attack.
