Canadian police announced that 5 people were killed in a shooting in a suburb of Toronto, according to Sky News.
Local police chief told reporters that the suspect was killed after an exchange of fire with security personnel, adding that the shooting took place in a residential building.
The incident comes 3 months after 10 people were killed and 15 were injured in stabbing incidents in Saskatchewan.
